If you accidentally selected the wrong location when you placed your online order, you can give that store a call and have them cancel the order so you can replace the online order with the correct store. If you are already at the location you wish to pick up from, you can always purchase the items in store and we can cancel the online pick up order for you.

All orders must be picked up within 24 hours of being marked as ready for pickup. Any orders not picked up in store after 24 hours will automatically get refunded and placed back into the store’s inventory. when expanded. Yes, and this is where the answer will go when expanded.

Our teams will attempt to make contact with you before the 24 hour policy, but after 24 hours the order will be refunded and returned back into the store’s inventory.

Yes! If you need to cancel your order at any time, you may call the location you placed the order for and let them know you wish to cancel it. The store will issue you a refund for the order, which can take between 3-5 business days to process, depending on your banking institution.

Orders will be ready for pickup within 3 hours of placing it. A notification email will be sent to your email when the order is ready for pickup at the location you selected.

Orders placed after the 5pm cutoff time will be prepared within 3 hours of the store’s opening the following day.

No, once an online order has been placed, you cannot add or remove any items from the purchase. You can, however, call the store to see if that additional item that you wish to purchase is available, and you can purchase it when you come in to pick up your BOPIS order. You can also place a second BOPIS order if necessary.

Unfortunately we do not offer this option currently, but we are always working on improving your experience and have this on our radar for future updates.

To pick up an order, we will need the first and last name of the person who placed the online order, as well as the order confirmation number that is located on your order confirmation email.

Yes, but we will confirm the first and last name on the order as well as the order confirmation number. If someone else is picking up your order, be sure they are prepared with the above information!

If this occurs, you may call the store that the order was placed with and confirm that the item was missing. The team member in store can either return the item and refund the value, or place the item off to the side so the customer can pick it up again. Our team members are trained to double check and confirm orders with customers to reduce the chance of errors in the order.

You can call the location that the order was placed and have them cancel the order so you can place a new online order with the promotion code you wished to use! Unfortunately, we cannot issue partial refunds on BOPIS orders.

If you need to return item(s) from your BOPIS order, you can go into any of our Healthy Spot locations and return the order with a team member. You will want to make sure you have your order confirmation number or electronic receipt with you in order to return your products!
